By submitting an application to be a vendor you hereby agree to the Rules & Regulations.

To apply as a vendor for the Faith Fair complete & submit the form below. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a space at the Faith Fair. After the application is received administrators go through a selection process and you will be notified of your acceptance or denial.

Understand before you apply, this event is rain or shine! God blessed our weather in the first year and I believe He will bless us every year. However, rain happens. If your space is reserved we expect you to come and be a part. Please don't leave us hanging. Thank you.

Food Vendors: 

$100 flat reservation fee applied. If you wish to pay a percentage, the reservation fee is still due in advance to reserve your space and will be applied toward percentage. 

*On your application, please list the dimensions of your truck & trailer if you need/wish to keep hooked up. If you do the size of the trailer only it should be dropped and your truck parked in the assigned parking lot. Your space is determined by the dimensions you give.*

Food trucks should provide their own generators and operate on their own power.


Other Vendors: 

Other vendors are asked to offer a monetary gift of any amount to the Faith Fair as their fee. Indicate this amount on your application in the appropriate space in US dollar amounts.

All vendors are set up outdoors. Limited spaces have access to power, first come first serve.

All Vendor Application Deadline: March 31st

All Vendor Fee Deadline: 14 days after approval as a vendor.

Vendor dues must be paid prior to final acceptance. If your dues go unpaid, you will forfeit your space to another vendor. All fees are applied to helping make this event free for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for being a part of the Caldwell County Faith Fair.
